Over the years with PAYPAL, I have had several different accounts. I can not even find how many I have. Anyway, basically what I want to do is close all the open accounts and start over with one, new fresh, up to date account. I was trying to purchase something online and PAYPAL kept telling me to enter the correct last name. However, it WAS correct. It was then I got to looking and saw where PAYPAL was using an older account to pay for purchases. How do I clear this mess up and start over?
