Hi, Well I did/do have cold hard facts, by way of a copy of the transcript of emails I had with the seller which shows that the seller clearly did not provide the service for which I paid for. I paid for a service and the very next day after I couldn't use the service, Till now. I emailed paypal THREE TIMES asking them how I can provide this email transcript as part of my supporting evidence, till date they have not responded. But instead decided the case against me.. When I called in, they said their policy in a claims dispute involving a service (as opposed to a bought good) is to always side with the seller because they have no way of verifing that the service was not rendered. That just sounds stupid. They don't/won't even consider/look at any supporting and factual evidence you might have to prove that seller did not provide the service you paid for. That's just the stupidest thing I ever heard. And to think someone with a brain thought up that policy. I havr opened a BBB case against the seller, and if nothing comes out of it, then I will probably open a case at ic3.gov Shame on paypal.
