thankyou, i was unsure weather or not to proceed without paypal that helps a great deal, the seller already declined a full refund by paypal request seller then agreed voluntry, after no response to resolve this issue, from the very first email request i thought it may not be wise to post just yet especially after seller received a negative feedback ......... warning ....... seller listing featured a copy of the products contents and retail price taken from official website within the contents i recieved there was some substitute parts misleading i thoght. cheers
