I've been having trouble with paypal for a while now. I moved house in september and tried to change address on my ebay account, it wouldn't let me. I then tried to update my card details as I had a new card, it again wouldn't let me. I then, after many many attempts, had enough and tried to close the account all together, it again wouldnt let me even do this!! I am now stuck as it won't even let me log on anymore!! I have to enter my "Full Account Number" to which I am a little bit clueless as to what it is. If it is a card number, then it wont accept the number, if it is a paypal account number, then i am a little stuck as the account is a few years old and any email containing such details is no longer availiabe I have recently been given a refund via this paypay and due to the fact that I cant log onto the account, I cant therefore retireve my money!! Please can someone help!?
