I tried to pay for airline tickets using pay pal, the transaction failed so i had to go to my bank and transfer money- then after i did that - Paypal went ahead and paid for the tickets I already paid for. I called thairlines and they agreed to refund the payment- that was last week the funds still are not back in my account!!!!!!! Our trip is coming up and without that money we cannot go
