As of early May 2017 the Transaction Details page has been updated and the 'View Details' link to the recurring subscription profile removed. There is now, as far as I can tell, no way for a merchant to cancel a recurring subscription without paging (25 recurring subscriptions per page) through the Recurring Payments Dashboard. I reported this to PayPal customer services in early May 2017 and so far no action has been taken to restore this, for me, essential 'View Details' link to the Transaction Details page.  ... We do this to comply with law, prevent fraud and assist with any possible future investigations.   If you made a payment using PayPal, we’re unable to remove all of your records from our database, even if you close your account. However, we’ll only use your account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
