Hi I have a bad experience with paypal. I sold one item through my website. I post item to customer via uk mail service. Uk mail tried to deliver the item but customer wasn't at home and he didn't bother to rearrange the delivery after few days uk mail sent item back to me. Buyer claim via paypal I was ready to give him refund for product but not for delivery charge but paypal give him full refund so end of the day delivery charge goes from my pocket in this case I did every thing i have to do i provide tracking details everything but no hope from paypal. Paypal should chage this policy. Welcome your review.
