I recently sold a couple of items on ebay. I received an email from PayPal stating that my funds were available. When I log in to my account, I see an available balance of $40.89. Using the Withdraw tab, I selected 'Transfer to Bank Account. This page shows the $40.89 available balance, indicating that I should enter an amount up to that to withdraw. Under that, there is a line that says: Remaining Monthly Limit $3.26 USD. I cannot get the transaction to go through, because PayPal is saying I am trying to withdraw more than my limit. HELP!!!
