So this is weird, i am using paypal for a year now, never had a problem i could pay my bills. But now i can like pay some service from fiverr or send to someone but i cant pay 1&1 domain and hosting bill and tuts+ premium curse. I don't know why maybe it is because i am from Bosnian and Herzegovina. My paypal is verified and never had a problem before. So if anyone can help me a would be so much thnkfull because i really need to pay those bills. I am sorry if my English wasnt at his best!
