I received an email stating that a company has refunded me for a product that didn't get mailed out.... The paypal email states it is in my account... but how do I find it? Balance = 0. Also, they only refunded the product portion and not the $30 buck plus conversion for shipping... anyway to go through paypal to get that portion back because it was NEVER sent! Please and Thanks!
