I have had some problems with my daughter's Student Account lately, and I was wondering if anyone else has had similiar issues. When she made an on-line purchase a few days ago; I approved her for on-line shopping but the approval didn't seam to work so I had to use my PayPal balance to make the purchase for her. She just tried again to purhcase something. Again, I approved her for online shopping. The approval seemed to work. BUT the money was taken from my account balance and NOT hers - even though she used her own PayPal username and password to complete the transaction. What's going on here? Is PayPal broken? I have never had any trouble in the past with the Student Account.
