So there we have it , I sold an item last week, the seller recieved it , I have included a tracking number, I have photographic proof of this transactionj being complete via Royal Mail (customers signature) and guess what? PAY PAL ARE STILL HOLDING PAYMENT!!! SURPRISE SURPRISE! So paypal are telling you one thing then going ahead and not following their promise of releasing moneys when the criteria has been met. I will never use pay pal again , I feel l;ike I have been conned out of my money, not by a dodgy E bayer , BY PAYPAL!. No doubt this post will be deleted, if it ever makes it to the public boards in the first place.
