Hey, today I opened a new paypal account with the same email address of my old paypal account that i closed a while back. But now when i try to add my credit card it says: We're sorry, but this credit card can't be added to additional PayPal accounts. Please add a different credit card. Why does it give me that message? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
