No way, you have no seller protection with paypal for motor vehicles. Cash on collection only. He can paypal his son if he wants and his son can bring you cash. Also if he funds it direct from his bank account without a card as back up listed on paypal then it will go as an echeque and take ages to clear, in that time it could fail and you will be minus a bike and the money and you won't get it back from paypal as no seller protection.
