I am a very disgruntled soon to be ex PAYPAL customer - I sold an item on ebay - buyer was from Russia (alarm bells!!) Forwarded postage option to Buyer - who stated very clearly he wanted item to be posted "as cheap as possible" I stated I wasnt happy about this and re sent postage options...buyer reiterated that no insurance or tracking was wanted (to the point where he was becoming rude with his replys!) - All of which was carried out thru ebay messaging - what I thought would be proof..... Item was sent as per buyer\scammers instructions. Doh! now a claim\dispute has been opened by the buyer and AUTOMATICALLY the full amount (£167) has been deducted from my account! I have proof that buyer DIDNT want postal insurance or tracking!! but this counts for nothing! How can this be fair?
