Hi there, Iset up an account on indiegogo which requires that i have paypal set to accept US dollars but I cant find any option to do this? They say look for the "more" option over from my balance and then enable US Dollars but there is no "more" option. Hoping its glarlingly obvious and that I'm just being thick. Thanks in advance Simon
