I am trying to send money to a friend in Kenya using Paypal Worldwide. When I click on the worldwide link and look up Kenya, it says that Paypal offers money transfer to Kenya: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-country-functionality-outside&dispatch=5885d80a13c0db1fc53a056acd1538874a43d73a07f26b2cc3a8a5dff46470e3 However, when I login and try to actually go through the process of sending the money and try to find Kenya on the list of countries, it is no longer there: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Marketing_CommandDriven/general/International_Money_Transfer-outside&paymentsource=us_smxb_internalsite What am I doing wrong??
