On a similar subject, will Paypal release my funds to pay my ebay fees, or do I need to make sure there is money in my backup funding source to cover them.  I have heard that it has been done both ways in the past year to various different Ebay/Paypal customers.  Is there a policy or i just the typical Paypal attitude of doing whatever they feel like with other peoples money that that day?      ...
