hi, i received a payment through paypal (sold item on ebay) the payment was received on the 2nd febuary....it says completed next to it and has done for a while! i have recieved positive feedback for the payment on ebay and there shouldnt be a delay ... why are paypal still holding the money afetr 23 days? ive been onto ebay and they can see 100% feedback and cant understand why its taken so long? anybody had this problem before? ... hi, ive got a problem, i owed seller fees on ebay so went to make a 1 time payment through paypal .. i accidently made 2 payments to ebay through paypal .. i signed into paypal and seen the 2 pending payments to ebay in my transaction list .. i didnt have enough in my paypal so paypal has took it out my bank account!  (echeque) the money has gone out of my bank account this morning .. is there anyway i can cancel this before it reaches ebay ? i will have to wait upto 30 days for a refund and really short of money to last me till i get paid at the end of the month .. please help thanks ...
