Title says it all. I won an auction for £200 plus £8.90 postage. I paid immediately using PP credit. Then seller cancels order without any explanation and it transpires the payment was sent to an incorrect email address that the seller had on eBay. My PP credit has been debited but I can't cancel the payment on Paypal. Nor can I open a dispute. Ebay are telling me I need to sort it with paypal.
