April 14, 2021 Paypal Case ID: PP-D-107311882 (Closed)   (Proof of Return Delivery)..proof of return I provided was invalid. Fedex tracking# 784133156778 > Scheduled Return delivery: Pending is unacceptable. Paypal said: > We'll need some additional information about your case. You'll have to provide the details by April 14, 2021 at 10:33:34 AM CDT...Proof of shipment or postage that shows you returned this item to your seller with a copy of the actual shipping label used.   Paypal Transaction ID 1D879190N681327 eBay order# 23-06565-35012, Item# 153875545257.Black ink Cartridge was refund $17.11 back to my Bank account and Item# 153875543969 Color ink Cartridge was cancel on ebay (by mistake) and now they would not reverse it back, So I return both items back to the eBay Seller ID: officialhpstore and they accept Items back and they refund the order# 23-06565-35012 in full...But, eBay / PayPal will not accept the return $18.18 request (because item 153875543969 Color ink Cartridge was cancel at eBay...they are holding back $18.18 as of 3/29...Thx ... I purchase ebay Item #2728671684699 > ( item was remove by ebay) and i pay with Paypal...Transaction ID: 1G99482510892311U and the Status as "Unclaimed" (refund after 30 day)...since ebay seller account was hijack and the person who Hijack it doesn't exist any more or item #...all ebay did was remove just the item and that it!!...No help in recover my $$$...and Paypal still will not amend Status to refund...   10/24/2017 the Status is now "Completed with No Detail"... who claim it??...so i file a  Non-receipt - Claim - #PP-006-277-388-817...There 4 previous email send to Custmer Support about this problem and recieve 4 default reply > non related...Please Advice Thank you   Paypal Transaction ID: 1G99482510892311U send payment To: xxxxx > Transaction ID email listed belong to xxxxx ebay (Verified) Seller account Hacked > xxxxx ebay (Verified) Seller account Email > @Xxxxxx Paypal (Verified) email > also a victim of this Hacked as myself. ... Hi Someone, I have 4 reply messages from Customer Service in my Paypal account with default reply...you want to  help > mention this to Paypal  (hire some live one in CS dept),,, by the way > are you alive one!!   Here another one (why does it have "Reply Red button"?? >  We’re sorry! I purchase a item from a ebay seller and his account was hacked > i recieved a email from ebay stating that > eBay transaction may be from a compromised account and "the item was remove by ebay"...i pay with Paypal and Transaction ID:1G99482510892311U and the Status: Unclaimed 10/01...the person who hijack ebay seller account doesn't exist any more or item #...Thank you Update 10/24/2017 the Status is now "Completed" does that mean someone "Claim it??...because  i haven't recieve any refund. ...
