Pending / Unclaimed

hi i've sold a few (7 or 😎 items in the last couple of days. Payment for the first 5 items has apparently been made by the buyers (its left their accounts) but nothing has appeared in my paypal account. They have received messages saying it is pending or unclaimed. I am unable to do anythign about this as there is nothing showing AT ALL re this in my paypal account. The other 2 transactions (the most recent) have gone through fine. I have not changed any of my details (email etc). My paypal account has been running fine for a year or so. Bank details are all still fine too. There's literally nothing I can do, and nothing the buyers can do - we are in deadlock. Please help! ... View more

Unclaimed / Pending

Hi,   I have sold 7 items in the last couple of days. Payment for two items has come through successfully, but the other five buyers have apparently 'paid' (ie the money has left their account) but its not appeared in my paypal account. They get the message that either its 'unclaimed' or 'pending'.   My paypal account has been runing successfully (making and recieving payments) for months now; none of my details have changed and i've not had a problem before.   There is nothing i can see that i can do to 'accept' these payments as they are not showing up at all on my account. I dont need to activate my email account as it is already activated (and is the same account i've always used).   Please help! ... View more
