I have paid for every purchase I have made with my PayPal account. I made a purchase yesterday and was told in a message that I would receive my download when the e-check was received. All of my previous payments have gone through instantly. Now the seller is saying that I will receive my download at the end of the month. I need it now. I would not have made the purchase if I didn't need it. I just want to pay the seller for my purchase now but can't seem to find anyone who can tell me (1) what happened to my automatic payments and (2) how to correct it. Please help. I need to get my merchandise.
