Thank you SP, but there is a problem for me at the moment. I signed up to Paypal UK (for language purposes) but am living in France. My login is a French ISP address and this takes me to Paypal France with everything shown in English! It's an absolute nightmare! However, did manage to create a unique pin number as you suggested but l've been through every single option and link, and l can assure you that there is no reference to any phone numbers to call. No phone numbers to call were shown. I have a picture of a woman with a head set on and when l try and connect to that link, it just says that English isn't supported, needs to be changed to US English, and that isn't even in the drop down list! Have you a phone number for Paypal that l can call? Don't care where it is, just as long as they speak English! Thanks for the help, and bearing with me. Regards
