I had something similar happen and I dont understand how we are protected from this. Did you get any responses from Ebay or Paypal? I have sent 3 emails and no response. I sold a brand new in the seal box tablet and the buyer claimed it didnt charge or turn on. So Ebay/Paypal gave them permission to return it to me and gave them their money back the second USPS claimed it was delivered to my house. It was in perfect working condition when I received it back and the buyer left me my first negative feedback ever. This is so unfair and I dont understand where the seller is protected 😞
