And I did report it and PayPal [not identifying "sarl" said that it was legitimate. Not helpful at all!

I wonder if this is another "sarl" mystery? It seems that "sarl" is the achronym for PayPal's payment site when in fact, but not obvious at all it is actually PayPal demanding or taking legitimate fees eg a fee for my selling an item or to pay another eg Skype that I have set up ages ago. If they said it's PayPal, don't worry it's not a scam, fine, but suddenly, when I'm in darkest Africa and away from all computers, this mystery "sarl" is taking money..... Get the point PayPal??

I recently had 2 payments debited from my PayPal account by or to sarl. I was away from any computer at the date of these withdrawals and, obviously, didn't recognise "sarl" so thought it must be a scam. Alarmingly "sarl" quoted the last 4 digits of my bank account so they were duly notified. Nowhere, that I can see, om the PayPal site does "sarl" get mentioned or flagged as their payment account name or identifier and I see many PayPallers have had the same experience. Somwwhere prominently this should be stated!!!!!
