hiya My website went live yesterday and my customers cant pay ? please help as i can;t see whats wrong. For testing I was on domain A and hosted on host A and the paypal appeared to work fine going live meant the domain was changed to domain B but the site files remain on host A, in sandbox all appears to work but once i turn off the sand box customers get this message This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the merchant. I am using paypal standard as I cant get cerdit card payment working either. the web site is www.snuggtopz.com and the cart software is Nopcommerce could someone please help ? Richard

I followed the link suggested by ADMIN-AdrianO and the fees link at the bottom of the page shows the same gibberish as all the other paypal confusion surrounding their fees. Smoke and mirrors to hide the real fees, It is not clear at all no matter what you are telling us. I work out a uk to uk transaction to be around 6.8 % ? Rich

I have read the replies here and I still cannot get a firm answer to the fees when selling on feebay. on all the links it is deliberately vauge to confuse people, you could be on a fee of between 1.4% to 3.4% ok so which one is it ?? I bet it isnt the 1.4% then you get currency charges through the use of a retail currency rate, a currency fee and cross border charges and a transaction fee.. ????? WTF PAYPAL !! This is designed to be confusing so you don't know what on earth you are being charged, pretty close to fraudulent i'd say..
