Hello everyone. Only paid this in September this year for flight that was supposed to be leaving today 25/10/2017. I have tried to open some a dispute with paypal but do not seem to be getting anywhere. When i check my account it states that I have no ongoing dispute but when i try to open one it says I have but I get no communication what so ever from Paypal. Is anyone else experiencing this?. HELP.
