so we are all still experiencing these payment holds when we transfer money to our bank mine have now changed to 24 hours. regardless of £15 or £200 firstly they said "security checks" then " processing time" if you make a transfer and get it in your account within 2 hours you are lucky... ebay and paypal take your fees immediately yet keep your money for as long as the wish. covered by some **bleep** and bull - its in our agreement how have  they got away with it? they are obviously able to do a 2 hour transfer as i actually had one 2 months ago i assumed they had finally sorted it but now its back to square one. its strange that the paypal operators steer well clear of a definative answer as its a shambles. effectively they must be making billions in interest and we are all tied by their convaluted terms and conditions.   these posts have now been going on for months yet once again we are being dragged around and around within a deep black hole!!!     ... Instead of the garbage replies is there anyone at paypal who can explain what is going on with money transfers to your bank. its utter rubbish re "security checks" how many do they have to do for one person??   I have had varying timescales ranging from 4 hours to 72 hours for the transfer to complete regardless of whether its £5 or £200 i am now back to one which for my last 3 withdrawls quoted me 24 hours. it seems even the "paypal operators " have no clue  paypal email response is a laughing stock yet they quote their terms and conditions to avoid all loopholes re the way they keep hold of your money. you sell things on ebay people pay for next day delivery yet paypal keep my money for however long - how can this be legal? these same posts have been going on for months yet there is no one who have offered a viable solution. most of paypals replies are the usual scripted rubbish which means nothing. how many of you are still experiencing this appalling service? ... is there anyone who has the correct answer to this latest shambles re transferring money to your bank account. for my last 20 withdrawls the have all been 2pending apypal review" - what is this surely after reviewing 1 payment tht is enough! the messages vary one time i got funds within 4 hours in my bank they next 2 dayss regardless of the amounts.   how can paypal get away with this- what are they trying to do - i have just tried another transfer and this one says 24 hours? its ridiculous even their customer services dont have a clue so basically they please themselves when you get your money...   who from paypal has the correct answera as opposed to the usual crap answers you get... ... i have received a message saying im approaching my yearly receiving limits and more information is required to lift the limits, when i click on this all the information has ticks and has been completed , im verified etc and there is nothing to complete it says my account will be limited in 133 days if i dont provide the information but there is nothing to provide? can anyone help please ...
