This is the first time I shipped to Canada. I shipped the item out like two weeks ago with international first class mail with tracking number. I did take pictures of the package with lable taped on it. After two weeks, buyer filed dispute claim without email first. She says that she still hasn't received the item yet. I called the postal office and they told me that they cannot track the package or know whether it delivered or not since it's international. So what else can I do? Would paypal be able to investigate with the tracking number that I provided ? Usually in this situation, how's this going to end ?
