Okay, so I bought an item off ebay for £5.00, I knew I didn't have enough in my bank account at the time, so I payed with my paypal funds, but once it said the payment was complete, the money in my paypal didn't go down at all. This was about a week ago, but this morning I got an email off Paypal saying I had insufficient funds in my bank account to pay the £5.00(which I already knew), so I went on paypal to check what was going on, and it said I had £16.08 in my account(which is correct) but then it said £11.08 -£5.00 with -£5.00 available. I then tried to send someone £7.00, I obviously had enough, but it failed. Then I got another email off Paypal saying that it had failed because I owe Paypal £5.00. Okay, so I have a few questions: 1) Why do I owe Paypal £5.00? 2) Why hasn't it just taken the £5.00 out of my account when I payed for the item off ebay? 3) Why can't I send the money when I have enough in my Paypal account? 4) How can I send the money? I need to send it ASAP! Thanks in advance! (Btw, I have sent Paypal a message to find out what's going on, but I need to know as soon as!)
