I purchased couple of items in Ebay and I was paying it using my bank card. And I was expecting the bank to cover the amount and it did the bank took the amount but I was surprised to see the amount I purchased appeared in my paypal bill me later. That means I had to pay it later also!? I don't understand what's going on but I really need your help asap. I don't want to get charge double the amount. I purchased.
