When you are a new seller on eBay, funds availability may be delayed for the purchase until we know the buyer is satisfied. If this is the case, you can go ahead and mail the item. Once PayPal is able to confirm the item was delivered (from online tracking), generally the payment will be available after 3 days.
The fastest and easiest way to print a shipping label would be through PayPal. If your PayPal balance is not enough to cover the purchase, we'll automatically deduct the amount from your bank account linked to your PayPal account. If you do not have a bank account linked to your PayPal account you can use a credit card as the funding source to pay for the shipping label (but only if you do not have a bank account linked).
