Yeah, I've been shocked by the joke too. After not selling for a few years I am back and found everything has gone **bleep**y in favor of the buyers. I sold one thing and no funds were held. I sold another thing an hour later and they held ALL the funds for 21 days, including what they buyer gave me for shipping. I had to pay out of pocket for shipping and couldn't even use the PayPal labels because I couldn't transfer money from the bank in time to send out the package within the 3 days I had promised. Why is this? I have never done anything wrong as a seller on eBay and previous good performance should count, no matter how long ago it was, because I am the same person I always was. I am working on a store myself and am no longer considering eBay after hearing what everyone else is going through.
