This been second time bought a used item seller classified it as fully functional ,but after received and using them for couple hours ,came to know ,its damaged ,seller says ,he as well was using it routinely before selling it and was perfect ,now he says he don't trust me that's not functioning properly, I to the fullest honesty and purest of truth ,am insisting ,it doesn't function properly ,now to be sincere, I have no lab to test and determine whether ,it was broken even still at sellers possession ,or got broken in transit ,or just like everything it happens from one minute to the other and from now on it stops functioning ??? Bottom line can I get refunded ???
