Much to my surprise, I received a 1099k on April 7! My taxes are done and I payed on all I made, but I can't add this to my tax papers. I thought these forms were to be sent before now, plus it shows I made $2000(NOT $20000) and I had about 89 transactions!  If we have to wait on these, it will be a long while before taxes are filed and barely enough time to do it.  Seems these should have been sent much sooner and it does not follow the guidelines! ... Just so others know, I guess Paypal is sending you an email when your 1099K form is ready.  I got an email that it was in my Paypal and I found it there after the email was sent..so if you are checking every day like I was you might as well save your time until you hear from them.  I am still waiting on my "snail mail" copy so I can do my taxes.  Couldn't file my sales taxes by the 31st of January and a good thing I didn't because the figures do not match theirs.  So now I will need to go through each and every page to try to figure this mess out or how Paypal gets the figures that they do...shouldn't there be somewhere telling us how they figure all these totals or where to find them?  Also..I will be paying a penalty for filing my sales taxes late...so who picks up that tab when it isn't our fault we couldn't file because of not having our forms? I know....I know...of course it is another expense out of our own pocket,  problem is, there is no money left in  my pocket!  Almost 13 years in this business and I have never had such a headache with taxes like this before or have taken such a loss! ... I am in the same boat with my state.  Still waiting.....and since I can't file my state sales tax because I didn't get the 1099k..now I have to pay a fine for being late paying these taxes due today! I have no choice because these figures must agree for the federal forms.  Still waiting and wondering how long it will be???? I have never been late paying my taxes EVER! This is stressful not knowing what to do....if these are sent out late then why are we not notified? If anyone knows when we are to expect these forms, I would sure appreciate knowing so I can file the taxes required of me. ... View more

I made over 20,000 gross this year, but so far nothing mailed from PP and my Tax documents say there is none in my Paypal? Shouldn't it be showing by now? ... View more
