What the heck? I just finished selling an item on Ebay and recieved payment. Paypal told me to ship the item so I did. However it is saying no seller protection even though the buyer is verifed and confirmed. When I look at the payment details it says "Mobile Express Payment Recieved". Now I see that Paypal says mobile express payment is not covered by seller protection. But I didn't authorize this payment method. What is going on here? Am I being ripped-off?
