Basically i bought something online using paypal and the money failed to come from my bank account. So i haven't received the goods due to the money not being available. I am now £30.57 negative in balance. I made a Dispute and there was not enough evidence for it and it is now closed. So I'm -£30.57, not got what i technically paid for and any transfer i make to balance my account to £0 fails because the money wont transfer. What can i do to get my account balance back to £0 without spending money on something i haven't received?
