Hi, I was under the impression that PayPal funds would be used BEFORE money was taken out from my bank account. Recently I made a $125 purchase and had $100 in paypal and $100 in bank account. Now after the purchase has gone through I am overdrawn on my bank account and will have to pay overdraft fees even though my Paypal account has $100 of credit. Are the rules different in Canada? and if so why are we not informed of this. I would appreciate any insight people may have... Thank you..
