I am also having problems with the paypal limits though my problem is transfering funds to my checking account. My older brother and I use this so that he can send me the money for rent and its not letting me transfer money this month. The first time I did was last month and I thought it would let me again this month, but its not letting me transfer anything at all. Do I need to lift the amount limit or should I wait till the first of next month to try again?
