Even though after I got my card registered for VbV (verified by Visa) for online transactions with the bank that issued the card, when ever I tried to add my card in Paypal account I always received this message "We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. Please also make sure your credit card billing address matches your PayPal postal address." I am totally confused. Anybody who can explain????
