I removed a card that I was letting expire from my account and now cannot add a new card to my account. The process keeps telling me the card cannot be linked to multiple accounts. To my knowledge, I have not used this account number before ... but I did have a different paypal account several years ago and may have used it at that time. I no longer have any information about that account. A call to customer service did nothing but put me through a loop and I still can't add my perfectly valid Visa card to my account. If this cannot be fixed soon, it is goodbye to paypal for me. Disgusted!
