I'm having exactly the same problem. Just tried to add another card to my account and recieved the following message;-   We're sorry, but that card can't be linked to any more PayPal accounts. Please link a different card.   I dont have another account and the card im trying to register is new and cant possibly be being used in another account by anyone.   I've only recently logged back into paypal after beng absent for a while, because of no need to use the site, only to find my home address had been changed to a completely random address i have no affiliation with and all my transactions since I registered with PayPal have been deleted. Emailed PayPal about it only to recieve a reply which didnt even mention my problem at all, just told me to contact them if there was activity on my card that i didnt authorise.
