Currently have no cards on my account. Tried to add a new card, which was only issued to me in September 2011. Recieved the following message:- We're sorry, but that card can't be linked to any more PayPal accounts. Please link a different card. I dont have any other PayPal accounts, just the one. There seems to be no response from anybody on the PayPayl pay roll in this forum, and I've tried calling customer service which is useless becasue I cant get passed the first 20 seconds of the phone call because I cant enter the last few digits of the card on my account, because I have no cards on my account and it wont let me add my card! Im completely stuck. Can anybody help?
