I recently ordered a DS off of ebay via echeck, and the money was taken out of my bank account. I informed the seller that i did not want it anymore, and he cancelled the transaction. Both my bank account and PayPal show the amount i paid as being $92.73CAD, However, the money in my paypal balance after having been refunded is $72.28CAD. Why is this? thats a $20.45 Difference.
