As said before, I can't use the phone because of hearing impairment. "If either of you are having difficulties with this, you should try using a different web browser if possible or clear your temporary internet files and this should assist with you being able to contact us." I have done both of these, and the email contact system simply doesn't work - at least two weeks on. Anyway, I'm using the latest version of Internet Explorer, with all upgrades, so are you saying the majority of your customers can't get in touch by email? Regards
