'if seller does not exepct these items can i also request the $29.25 back i spent on shipping i should have only spent 10.75 but since seller would not issue me an rma number i had to file a dispute and paypal had to have proof of delivery so i had to spend an extra 29.25 so there would be a tracking number and i dont think that is fair
