Where shall i start! Basically i sell things on and off of ebay and the email address i use on my listings and to correspond with poeple is a hotmail.co.uk account that i set up approx 3 years ago. all reigstered to me and in my name. Somebody else though has registered this hotmail account as the email address for their paypal, therefore if somebody makes a payment to me using the hotmail account address by the mistake then tthis other person is getting the money! I am even receiving the dispute emails that paypal are sending to this person(i do have their name) as it goes to my hotmail account What can be done as it is quite clear that they have reigstered my email address to paypal before i got the chance and are now receiving money that isn't there's
