Question was how does the seller "get paid by PayPal?".  The answer is it goes into your PayPal account when the buyer pays.  You can use PayPal or eBay to print the label.  I prefer PayPal because once there was a mixup and I had to go eBay and they chargedmore postage for the same item.  No reason to stand in line at the post office when you can print on PayPal. ... I had a payment reversed.  A real hassle.  PayPal said the buyer opened a case.  The buyer said he didn't.  He had the item and given me positive feedback.  In the end, it turned out that he did not have enough money in the card he had listed to pay.  He said when he gave them his credit union card # for backup, the system put it as the first option to pay, not his credit card.  I resolved it by calling PayPal.  ... My son said he stopped selling on eBay because of the 21 day hold.  I really didn't know what he was talking about.  I had never had that happen to me.  He said he thinks it's for people that sell infrequently.  I still don't know.   I am a PowerSeller and have never had any problem, even when I was not.  The money you get for your sold item goes into your PayPal account.  You can transfer that money to your bank.  But you always want to leave enough in for fees.   Something to remember is if you are buying something online and want to use the credit card that is in your PayPal account, the system won't let you as it takes the PayPal money first.   I see on the right side of this page there is a list of items and 21 days hold is on it.  I will read it.   Read everything you can about selling.  It takes time, and then they will change something.  lol. ...
