well here is my problem the point of asking the buyer for the shipping cost is that you use that money to send the item. I use USPS click n ship and i dont have a credit card and i don't have money on me right now so may i ask how i ship a package when you are holding the shipping money that i need to use. I will now have to refund the money if i dont find a way to ship it today and im sure you will put a hold on my accound for that to. I am sure any admin here can see my problem. Oh yes and i had a friend send $3.00 to my account but guess what my limit has been reached for the month and wont unlock until the 24th so i had to refund him th $3 back. Well i am out of ideas so it looks like i will be refunding the buyer if any users here can give me any tips thanks alot. PS i am done with ebay i just want to add one more thing its unreal that you trust paypal to make things easy but so far it has been just awful. Why do you put limits on our accounts just because some of us do not use banks i use pre paid debit cards and i don't spend a lot of money. I buy steam games and stuff for my PC from time to time. If i add my own money to my account why put a limit now if it was the 24th today i would have no issue but the lock on funds is not right.
