I tried to refund an e-bay buyer in Germany but my bank (account set up for over 10 years with Pay Pal) disputed my direct debit for this refund as a result Paypal removed the bank account from my paypal account i can now no longer action the account. My own bank say everthing is in order and there is no reason for this. Anyone had this issue before? Any help appreciated. Thanks David
